Restaurant Flammen is a Danish, family owned restaurant chain with 10 restaurants in Denmark and plans of more. The idea of Restaurant Flammen comes from Fole Høkerkro in South Jutland. Today you will find Restaurant Flammen in different places all over Denmark. The first restaurant opened in Kolding in 2009. We always have minimum 15 kinds of meat on the grill. We have many different kinds of meat. Everything from US Black Angus to Danish pork. We serve beef tenderloin every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
As accessories we always offer minimum 10 kinds of hot dishes and a salad bar with more than 50 variants. This served with fresh bread, different kinds of butter, dressings and 3 kinds of sauces.
