Baked twist bread

Make a bond fire and bake the twisted bread over the warm glows. That is hygge.

Ingredients: (6 pieces)

25 g butter (or margarine) 
¼ litre milk 
25 g yeast 
2 tsp. sugar 
¾ tsp. salt 
400 g flour

Sticks stripped of bark at the end

Dough: Melt the butter in a pot and add the milk. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the yeast. Add the other ingredients. Knead the dough well, cover the bowl with a tea towel, and let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour.

Take a piece of dough and wrap it round the end of the stick. Bake the bread over a fire.
